Privacy Policy for Block Snap

Updated on March 5, 2026

Safeguarding your privacy as a user ("you") is a fundamental commitment we uphold. This Privacy Policy is crafted to offer you transparent, in-depth details on the collection, security, and utilization of your personal information whenever you interact with the game Block Snap (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We urge you to carefully go through this policy to fully comprehend our privacy practices and how they relate to your use of the App. By launching the App or accessing any of its associated services, you are deemed to have explicitly agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

Information Collection and Usage

1. In-Game Behavioral and Technical Data

To elevate your experience with Block Snap and boost the App¡¯s overall performance, we collect a variety of game-related data points. These include, but are not limited to, the frequency of your taps, the paths you take while navigating through in-game interfaces, records of your interactions with in-app content, logs of when the App is opened, the status of your permission settings, checks to ensure in-app features function correctly, the total count of applications installed on your device, app package labels, app brand markers, network connection status, firebase_device_id, device model details, the country linked to your SIM card, system language preferences, and cookies that advertisers are allowed to save or retrieve from your device. Notably, this data is shared exclusively with trusted and verified third-party analytics tools: Firebase, Facebook Analytics, and our internal data monitoring system (ECS).

2. Advertising-Associated Information

To provide you with personalized advertising content that aligns with your interests, we make use of your Android Advertising Identifier. This identifier is solely intended for the delivery of ads and the analysis of ad performance. It is important to highlight that the Android Advertising Identifier does not contain any sensitive information that could be used to personally identify you or your device. It is entirely disconnected from personally identifiable information (PII) and any permanent device identifiers, such as SSAID, MAC address, or IMEI.

3. Network Connectivity Details

When you connect to the internet to use Block Snap, we gather information regarding your network type (for example, Wi-Fi or mobile data) and your IP address. This data is crucial for ensuring that you have a stable and reliable network connection while playing the game, allowing us to identify and resolve any connectivity issues that might occur.

4. Third-Party Monetization and Analytics Data

External Software Development Kits (SDKs) that are integrated into the App may access certain types of information about you to support monetization activities and data analytics. The information that may be accessed includes:

l  Google Advertising ID

l  Device-specific characteristics (e.g., device type, technical specs, and country where the device is used)

l  Fraud prevention data(e.g., identifying and reducing click fraud in advertising campaigns)

l  Demographic information(e.g., insights derived from your IP address)

l  Data used for advertising, marketing activities, and analytics purposes

l  Cookies that advertisers may store on or retrieve from your device

It is essential to emphasize that the information collected by these third-party SDKs is managed exclusively by the respective providers of those SDKs. We have no direct control over the data handling practices or operational processes of these external entities. Our third-party partners consist of our monetization collaborators (such as Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, IronSource, AppLovin, Vungle, Unity, Fyber, Amazon, and Pangle) and our analytics partners (including Firebase, Facebook Analytics, and our internal data system). Links to the privacy policies of these third-party platforms can be found in the "Third-Party Partners¡¯ Privacy Policies" section of this document for your perusal.

Legal Basis & Information Security

1. Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

As detailed in the preceding sections, we process your personal information to achieve the goals outlined in this Privacy Policy. Our data processing activities are founded on the following legally valid bases, ensuring compliance with both global and regional data protection regulations:

Contractual Fulfillment: Processing activities required to uphold the contractual relationship between you and us. This involves delivering the core services you have requested (such as granting full access to Block Snap) and verifying your identity to ensure secure use of the App.

Legal Obligations: Processing necessary to meet our statutory responsibilities. Examples include following mandatory accounting standards for financial record-keeping and complying with lawful requests for information disclosure from law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.

Legitimate Business Interests: Processing based on our valid business interests, provided these interests do not infringe upon your privacy rights. This includes managing and strengthening our user relationships, protecting the security and integrity of our services, and notifying you about relevant updates to Block Snap or our other products.

Express Consent: Processing carried out with your clear, voluntary permission. This applies to specific scenarios, such as placing targeted cookies on your device or sharing your information with third-party partners for personalized advertising¡ªconsent you may revoke at any time in accordance with Section X of this Policy.

In some instances, providing personal information for the above processing activities is a requirement for you to access our full range of services and utilize all functional features of Block Snap. Choosing not to provide such information may restrict your ability to use the App as intended.

2. Approaches to Collecting Information

We gather information through two primary channels, each adhering to strict privacy and legal standards:

2.1 Automatic Collection by the App

When you launch and use Block Snap, the App¡¯s internal systems automatically collect the types of information specified in the "Gathering and Using Your Information" section. This automated collection process is conducted strictly in line with the terms of this Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws, with no unauthorized data collection.

2.2 Collection Through Third-Party Distribution Platforms

If you download and install Block Snap via a third-party platform (e.g., the Google Play Store), we may obtain certain basic information about you from that platform. This typically includes your device¡¯s unique identifier and your app download transaction history. Such information collection is governed by the privacy policies of the respective third-party platforms and complies with relevant legal requirements, ensuring transparency in data sourcing.

3. Information Security Protection Measures

Safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information is a top priority. We implement a comprehensive suite of technical and administrative safeguards to encrypt, secure, and defend your data against risks such as loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Key security measures include:

End-to-End Data Encryption: We employ industry-standard encryption technologies (such as SSL/TLS) to encrypt your personal information during both storage and transmission. This ensures that data remains secure when being transferred between your device and our servers.

Stringent Access Controls: We maintain strict access management policies that limit access to and processing of your personal information exclusively to authorized staff who require such access to perform their job duties. All access activities are logged and subject to regular audit reviews to prevent misuse.

Proactive Security Upkeep: Our technical team conducts regular security evaluations, vulnerability scans, and system updates on the Block Snap infrastructure and associated servers. These measures are designed to proactively identify and address potential security threats, including hacker attacks, malware intrusions, and other cyber risks.

4. Information Retention Period

Access to your personal information is strictly restricted to employees who need it to carry out work tasks directly related to the operation and service delivery of Block Snap. We adhere to the "data minimization" principle for retention: your personal information will only be kept for the duration of the App¡¯s active operation. Once Block Snap discontinues its services, all personal information in our possession will be permanently and securely erased in accordance with our internal data destruction protocols and applicable laws.

Your Privacy Rights

Under relevant data protection laws and regulations, you hold a number of rights concerning the personal information we process in connection with Block Snap. Below is a detailed explanation of these rights and how they apply to your use of our services:

1. Right to Withdraw Consent

Whenever we process your personal information based on your consent, you have the full right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any data processing we performed before your withdrawal. It also does not impact the legality of processing carried out by our third‑party partners under the consent you previously provided.

2. Right of Access and Rectification

Subject to applicable laws, you have the legal right to access the personal information we store about you and request corrections to any incorrect or outdated details. If you ask for a copy of your personal data, we will provide it to you free of charge and without delay, unless laws allow us to charge a reasonable fee for excessive or repeated requests.

We may restrict your access rights in certain situations ¡ª for instance, if sharing the information would violate the privacy rights or fundamental freedoms of other individuals. You may also ask us to correct or update your personal information, unless you can already make these changes directly through Block Snap¡¯s in‑app features.

3. Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten")

You may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you if any of the following conditions are met:

l  The information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected or processed;

l  You have withdrawn your consent for processing;

l  You have objected to the processing, and we cannot show a compelling legitimate interest that overrides your objection;

l  Your personal information was processed unlawfully;

l  We are legally required to erase the data to comply with applicable regulations.

4. Right to Restrict Processing

You have the right to request that we limit how we process your personal information in the following cases. When processing is restricted, we will only use your data for the specific, limited purposes described below:

l  You dispute the accuracy of the personal information we are processing. In this case, we will pause processing until we confirm its correctness, which may temporarily affect some or all features of Block Snap;

l  The processing is unlawful, but you prefer us to restrict its use rather than delete it;

l  We no longer need the information for our own processing, but you require it to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim;

l  You have objected to processing, and we are reviewing whether our legitimate interests outweigh your rights.

Personal information under restriction will only be processed with your express permission, to handle legal claims, to protect the rights of other individuals or entities, or for important public interest reasons. We will inform you promptly if these restrictions are removed.

5. Right to Object to Processing

If we process your personal information based on your consent, a contract, or our legitimate business interests, you may object to this processing at any time in line with applicable laws. After you object, we will stop processing your information unless we can prove it is necessary to defend legal claims or another legal exception applies.

6. Right to Notify Third Parties

If we have shared your personal information with third‑party partners (such as analytics or advertising providers), we will notify them of your requests to correct, erase, or restrict your data ¡ª unless this is technically impossible or would require unreasonable effort. At your request, we will also give you a complete list of these third parties.

7. Rights Regarding Automated Decision‑Making (Including Profiling)

Unless legal exceptions apply, you have the right not to be subject to decisions based only on automated processing of your personal information (including profiling) that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. If such automated decisions are necessary, we will ensure you can request human review, share your perspective, and challenge the outcome.

8. Right to Data Portability

When we process your personal information based on a contract or your explicit consent, using automated methods, you may ask to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine‑readable format (such as CSV or JSON). Where technically possible, we will help transfer your data directly to another data controller, as long as this does not harm the rights and freedoms of others.

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe our processing of your personal information has violated your privacy rights, please contact us right away at joaorobertocardosodelima@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve your concern quickly. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority in the location where you live, work, or where the alleged violation took place.

Privacy Rights for California Residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), together with its later updates such as the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides California residents with additional privacy safeguards that go beyond the general rights described earlier. These state-specific rights apply only if you are a California resident; if you reside elsewhere, please refer to the ¡°Your Privacy Rights¡± section for the terms that govern your personal data.

To submit requests related to your CCPA rights, please follow the instructions in the ¡°Exercising Your California Privacy Rights¡± section later in this Policy.

1. Right to Know & Access Personal Information

As a California resident, you may request and receive information about the personal data we have collected about you during the prior 12 months. This includes, but is not limited to:

l  The specific categories of personal information we have collected (such as identifiers, commercial details, or online activity);

l  The types of sources from which we obtained your information (including directly from you, third‑party platforms, or automated collection through Block Snap);

l  The business or commercial purposes for which we collect and use your information (such as delivering services, advertising, or performing analytics);

l  The specific pieces of personal information we maintain about you (often referred to as a data portability request under other privacy frameworks).

2. Right to Erasure ("Right to Delete")

You may ask us to permanently delete the personal information we have collected from you, and to direct our service providers to do the same. This right is limited by legal exceptions that permit us to retain data in certain situations, including:

l  Completing the services you have directly requested (such as maintaining your Block Snap account or preserving your game progress);

l  Diagnosing and fixing technical issues to ensure stable and reliable service;

l  Complying with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code ¡ì 1546 et seq.) and other applicable California privacy laws;

l  Conducting public‑interest, peer‑reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research that follows established ethical and privacy standards;

l  Meeting legal obligations, including responding to valid subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements.

3. Information Retention Exceptions

We may keep your personal information for a longer period if you have given us explicit consent to do so and have not since withdrawn that permission.

We may also be required by law to store your personal information beyond our normal retention periods to comply with statutes, regulations, or government directives.

In accordance with our general data retention policy, all personal information will be permanently deleted once Block Snap discontinues its services.

4. Response Timelines & Fees

We make every effort to confirm receipt and respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time (up to 90 days, as allowed by law), we will notify you promptly by email, phone, or your chosen electronic method, explaining the reason for the extension and the new expected completion date.

We do not charge fees for processing valid CCPA requests, unless a request is deemed excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. In those cases, we will provide a written explanation of our decision and a detailed cost estimate before moving forward with your request.

5. Non-Discrimination Protections

We strictly enforce a policy of non‑discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights. Examples of prohibited discrimination include, but are not limited to:

l  Denying you access to Block Snap or its core features;

l  Imposing different prices, rates, or fees based solely on your exercise of privacy rights;

l  Providing lower‑quality service, limited functionality, or fewer benefits compared to other users.

6. Minors¡¯ Data Collection under CCPA

Block Snap is not designed for use by individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal information from children in this age group. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate action to permanently remove that information from our systems and instruct our service providers to do the same.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child under 13 has shared personal information with us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for full deletion. For users between the ages of 13 and 16, the CCPA requires explicit opt‑in consent for certain data processing activities; parents or legal guardians may also contact us directly to exercise privacy rights on the minor¡¯s behalf.

Privacy Rights for EU & UK Residents

If you are located in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), the processing of your personal information is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018¡ªthe legislation that integrated GDPR into UK law following Brexit. l  Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal information in circumstances where the processing is no longer legally justified or necessary for its original purpose.

l  Right to Restriction of Processing: You can ask us to limit how we process your personal data if you contest the accuracy of the information, if you believe the processing is unlawful, or if you need the data to establish or defend legal claims.

l  Right to Data Portability: You may obtain your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON). Where technically practical, you may also request that we transfer this data directly to another data controller.
